SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your purchase must be paid in full before we can ship your Fender Flares. We accept all major credit cards. Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. Your credit card and personal information will be completely safe.
We will package your merchandise with the best care to make sure it reaches you safely and without damage. Items are shipped via the Post Office's Airmail service which estimates 7-10 business days delivery time. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost, we will reship the item at our expense. We have taken full precautions for the package to reach you safely.
- You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation number and your shipment's tracking number within 48 hours after the package has been shipped. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your merchandise if your National Postal Services offer such an online service (most do).
- DHL is now handling most of our shipments. By tracking your package, you will find the Air Waybill number. This number can then be used on the DHL website for the most detailed tracking results.
- For Airmail shipments, the package must reach your country before the online tracking through your local postal services will update your package's location. Once your order has been completed, your package will be sent out within 4 business days, although usually sooner. To get a shipping quote without registering an account, just add the item to your cart, then select your country. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number to ensure efficiency.
- Jungle Fender Flares is not responsible, nor can guarantee shipping times as they are quoted by the carrier. Weather conditions, as well as international holidays can affect shipping times, and we have no control over Customs causing delays by holding a package.
There is a fee associated with every payment we receive. In the event of a refund, the payment processor (PayPal) no longer refunds the original payment fee. So if you require a refund, the fee from the original payment will be deducted from your refund.
- We ship all of our products from where they are produced overseas. This allows us to keep the shipping costs down for all of our customers internationally. We ship worldwide and we are not responsible for any customs or import fees the buyer may incur. We try to use government postal services when available and their import fees are typically very low. Since Covid-19 has limited the services available, we now often use the Courier Post service which is handled by DHL so they typically handle the importation now. Please contact us if you have any more specific questions about overseas delivery information.
- Once your package has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. If your national postal services offer such a service (most do), you may track your package on their website. You can also track the package on our local Post Office's website. If your shipment is being handled by DHL, you can also track your package on their website after getting the Air Waybill number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- All Jungle Fender Flares come with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
- The return package must be post-marked no later than 7 days from the day you received it. We will exchange any defective or wrong product shipped by accident.
- The Jungle Fender Flares must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be refunded.
- The returned fender flares are subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping loss or damages on your return.
- If we are at fault and the item needs to be returned due to our mistake, than we charge no restocking fee for the return. If it is returned for any other reason, than a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
- We are well known to have an excellent customer service so rest assured we will help you resolve any problem you might have, simply email us.
- For Returns & Exchanges, customers must pay all shipping expenses. Shipping is non-refundable as it has already been paid to the Post Office. We must require insurance and a tracking number.
- Please contact email@example.com for our return address. Do not just Return to Sender. If you intend to make a return you MUST inform us within 7 days after you have received the package. The receive date is based on our carriers tracking system.
